Linday Medicare Services Enterprises Limited is a Nursing Agency and Home Care Services provider accredited and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA). We are  established to cater for the supply of health and social care staff to numerous health care organizations in the UK. Our contributions towards easing staffing problems in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Mental Health Units and the community by providing a professional, quality, and cost effective service with a caring and humane touch is innumerable.

Our Primary aim is to provide unrivalled, fair advice and quality services that is of benefit to people looking to improve their lives. We are committed to continual development of working practices and procedure to ensure all our services are up-to-date and of greater benefit to all concerned.

We specialise in meeting the needs of healthcare providers at very short notice, 24-7 as we recruit and develop healthcare assistants for every healthcare environment. All our customers are provided with full compliance details on each of our nurses and healthcare assistants for their peace of mind and we operate throughout UK

We offer a 24 hour service by operating the clock 7 days a week, 365/6 days this which is uncommon amongst our competitors.

Quality assurance

The management practices and procedures of Linday Medicare Services Enterprises Limited are set out in a comprehensive set of policy documents. These policies ensure that we meet all statutory requirements for operating a Nursing and Domiciliary Care Agency and therefore address all aspects of Staff Management, Service Users and the preservation of Health and safety Standards. Quarterly reviews of our policies help to ensure that policies remain up to date at all times.

Throughout our recruitment process we ensure that all applicants have the relevant qualifications and experience necessary for the services they will provide, this include :

  • Detailed CV
  • (2x) Proof of Identity and Address
  • An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) verification check.
  • Employment history with any gaps being explained
  • Two Employers references.
  • Training Qualifications to standard CQC requirements
  • Immunisation Status
  • Verification of NMC PIN number

Regular and continuous training of our care and office staffs and also to ensures that our most valued asset has the right skills and delivers on the agency’s promises.
