We offer a 24 hour service by operating the clock 7 days a week, 365/6 days this which is uncommon amongst our competitors.
Quality assuranceThe management practices and procedures of Linday Medicare Services Enterprises Limited are set out in a comprehensive set of policy documents. These policies ensure that we meet all statutory requirements for operating a Nursing and Domiciliary Care Agency and therefore address all aspects of Staff Management, Service Users and the preservation of Health and safety Standards. Quarterly reviews of our policies help to ensure that policies remain up to date at all times.
Throughout our recruitment process we ensure that all applicants have the relevant qualifications and experience necessary for the services they will provide, this include :
